RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of postmark to qualify for return or exchange
- Merchandise must not be worn or altered
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached
- Merchandise must be sealed in original plastic bag
- Merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt
- Merchandise returned in any condition other than how it was received will not qualify for return or exchange
* Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your exchange.
FINAL SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.

- Merchandise purchased using a promotion code (excluding welcome discount*)

Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to exchange your merchandise.
Please ship your returns or exchanges to the following address, or a return label can be provided for $7* (to be deducted from refund).
